- School fees are payable over 10 months, the first month payable by 31st January and the last payment should be made by the 31st October.
- Parents who pay the annual school fees in full before the 31st January will be entitled to a 5% discount
- Where possible we request that school fees be paid by bank transfer to avoid cash deposit fees.
- One term’s written notice is required should you wish to withdraw your child from the school, failing which, parents are liable for a full term’s fees in lieu of such notice.
- There are no refunds in the event of absenteeism.
- School fees must be paid in full to gain access for the following term.
Your school fees will also cover things like outings, photograph and contribute to the extra mural programs offered at the school.

Thank you for the message. Unfortunately we only take children into RR in the year are turning 4.
On occasion we have had children join when they are a bit younger but they do need to be toilet-trained to be admitted.

We are actually situated in the Northern Drakensberg, Bergville region, and not near Newcastle. Regrettably, we only offer schooling to Grade 4 in 2024 and don’t have any boarding.
